The Kreklow Group is an experienced leader in the Microsoft eco-system. We work with Microsoft and with the Microsoft partner channel building and executing on strategic programs that drive profitable revenues.

Led by Diana Kreklow, a seasoned veteran who brings over twenty years of experience as a business and technology leader, our team is knowledgeable in program management, consultative sales, business development, marketing, and alliance management. Our deep relationships across Microsoft span Direct Sales, Marketing, Developer and Evangelist Platform, Industry Units, Product Teams and Microsoft Consulting Services.

We have a keen ability to navigate the Microsoft organization and partner channel to quickly identify the right resources and programs that will make you successful, aligning you to Microsoft’s prioritized solutions and industry focus, driving better engagement and profitablity.

We understand Microsoft’s marketing initiatives, go to market strategies, sales engagement models, business plan development and solution planning and will leverage our strong relationships to accelerate your growth.

Diana Kreklow
Enthusiastic and insightful, Diana cut her business teeth in sales and sales management at some of the world’s best organizations including Microsoft, IBM, Attachmate and Computer Associates. Her responsibilities included the development and management of partnership strategies, business and solutions development, marketing innovation and performance reporting. She enjoys working collaboratively with virtual teams, managing complex multi-partner engagements and developing partner and channel programs that deliver results. Able to skillfully navigate the challenges facing both smaller partners right through to some of the largest ISV’s, she has successfully built programs that include alignment with market leaders such as IBM Global Services, Accenture, McKinsey Consulting, Cap Gemini, Hitachi, HP and Dell. Her industry experience includes Financial Services, Distribution, Healthcare, Public Sector and Manufacturing. Diana enjoys hiking in western Washington with her dogs, take-out food and a good glass of red wine.
Jay Glass
Jay’s portfolio of skills have been gleaned from more than twenty years working with growing companies representing a broad range of technologies, industries and business models. His knowledge and experience span strategy, business development, product marketing and sales – both channel and direct Pro-active and highly energetic, he is focused on finding the money. This means driving projects that are designed to accelerate revenue growth, develop scalable and repeatable business processes and maximize utilization of existing resources. His deep expertise in B2B marketing, channel and direct sales strategies, messaging frameworks, sales and partner enablement, content development and competitive research have helped many TKG clients realize bottom-line results.
Gail Mercer-MacKay
A passion for the pen, Gail combines over twenty years of sales and marketing experience with her love of writing to develop content that educates and inspires the intended audience to take action. Helping build a variety of digital assets designed to endorse you and deliver your message to the right audience, Gail will build battlecards to educate joint sales teams; win wires to promote internal success; case studies, press releases, brochures, website content and newsletters to tell your stories to the world; and craft award submissions that help elevate your brand. Backed by a team of seasoned freelance writers, Gail’s experience managing million dollar plus quotas and selling global solutions for Microsoft partners brings a unique perspective to your partner and program communication needs. Shann McGrail
Connecting the dots in new ways for outstanding results is a signature strength for Shann. Equipped with years of Microsoft senior leadership experience in enterprise services, operations and sales positions, Shann is most passionate about helping others succeed in reaching their potential and getting the most from the power of technology and partnerships. Shann’s company, Devreve Inc. specializes in developing and implementing strategic programs for communications, women in technology and building partnerships for growth. With a background in theatre and improvisation Shann keeps it interesting by bringing fun and creativity to any opportunity.
Jamie Lindelof
With a broad spectrum of experience in Marketing, Jamie joins The Kreklow Group with a passion for connecting people and services. She graduated with a B.A. in Marketing two years early, and jumped right into the industry starting with building a marketing program for a mortgage company. She was then recruited to be the Marketing Manager at Gray Line of Seattle where her love of travel was utilized, and she managed advertising and overall marketing strategy. During this time, she also started her own successful photography business which she is very passionate about. The next step in her career was working for a very successful high tech start up called EagleView Technologies where she was the Marketing and Sales Coordinator. Here she focused on running 30+ trade shows and events around the country and managed the social media as well as all marketing campaigns and public relations. After six years in the marketing business, Jamie and her husband made the decision to move abroad (to Taiwan) for a year – which they loved so much it turned into four years. There, she was in early education development and enjoyed teaching young Taiwanese English as a second language. Now settled back in Seattle, she is excited to be joining this dynamic company, and thrilled to use her marketing experience in an innovative and fast-paced industry.
Dan Cassell
Educated at McMaster University in Canada, Dan combines technical acumen, client engagement experience and strong customer-facing skills to deliver project and program management expertise. With a deep understanding of MPN, PSX and SIP requirements, Dan can help you execute on the critical elements around maintaining your competency, registering deals and collecting the funding tied to influence revenue. Passionate about drinking good coffee, Dan also enjoys building websites in his free time and helping SMB business partners implement better SEO strategies.
